Fourthwall, Inc. separately controls the checkout, payment, order, fulfilment and customer-support data it collects as merchandise seller. Its privacy notice and merchandise terms are displayed on the hosted shop and checkout.

We receive information you choose to send in an enquiry or newsletter form, including your email address, message and signup source. Klaviyo records newsletter subscription status and consent. Hosting and security systems may process IP address, device, request and error data.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics receives online identifiers and interaction data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device category and referral source. We do not enable Google advertising signals through this site.

We use enquiries to reply and take requested pre-contract steps; newsletter data with your consent; essential logs and security data for our legitimate interest in operating a safe website; and records where necessary to meet legal obligations.

Optional analytics and campaign-attribution storage run only after consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Relevant data may be processed by our website host, Klaviyo for email subscriptions and campaigns, Google Analytics when accepted, technical contractors acting under instructions, and professional advisers or authorities where legally required.

Fourthwall receives commerce data directly through its hosted services. We do not receive complete payment-card details.

Some providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where UK adequacy regulations do not apply, we require an approved transfer mechanism such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, together with appropriate safeguards.

We normally retain enquiries for up to 24 months. Newsletter records remain until you unsubscribe, after which a minimal suppression record may be retained to respect your choice. Analytics and security records follow the configured provider retention periods and are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Email us to exercise a right; we may need to verify your identity.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office and may also have a local supervisory authority.

Essential local storage preserves your cart and cookie choice. After acceptance, campaign and advertising click parameters may be stored for session attribution, and Google Analytics may create cookies. Rejecting analytics does not disable shopping or essential site functions.

We will update this notice when providers, purposes or legal requirements change and will identify the current version by its effective date.
