B Width Place the end of the tape at the seam under the sleeve and pull the tape measure across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

Big Ear recorded a powerful narrowband signal on 15 August 1977 for seventy-two seconds. Its machine output and the six intensity characters 6EQUJ5 preserve the rise, peak and fall of an observation that has never been satisfactorily repeated.
